1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Gmail Attachment Pro Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gmail Attachment Pro is a Chrome extension that helps Gmail users find and batch-download email attachments. Features include but are not limited to:

  • Batch attachment downloading from Gmail inbox
  • Smart rename using sender_date_filename format
  • Advanced filtering by file type, size, and date range
  • Content-based deduplication to avoid duplicate downloads
  • Auto-pagination to scan all inbox pages automatically
  • Download history with CSV export
  • ZIP folder organization by sender or date

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Up to 10 attachment downloads per day, basic file type filtering, and current inbox page only. No history, no CSV export, no smart rename.
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited downloads, smart rename, advanced filters, deduplication, auto-pagination, download history, and CSV export — available through Monthly ($12.99/month), Annual ($129/year), or Lifetime ($79 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with Google's and Gmail's terms of service and all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for unauthorized data collection, scraping beyond the extension's intended use, or any malicious activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or technical restrictions
  • Only download attachments from email accounts you own or have explicit authorization to access
  • Accept full responsibility for how you store, use, or share files downloaded using the Service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service processes Gmail page data in your browser to identify and download attachments. This processing runs locally inside your browser. We do not:

  • Require, request, or store your Gmail password or Google account credentials
  • Access your Gmail account on your behalf outside of the browser session
  • Collect your email content, attachment content, browsing history, or URLs you visit
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for Pro subscription management (email and Pro access token)
  • Share your data with third parties, except for Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting)

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or Gmail
  • That all attachments in your Gmail inbox will be discoverable by the extension
  • Any specific download speed or volume outcome

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Actions taken by Google or Gmail based on your use of the Service
  • Any consequences resulting from files downloaded using the Service

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
